Health Insurance Coverage

The following are the currently accepted insurances:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield

- Capital Blue

- Aetna

- UnitedHealthcare

- Cigna

You if have a health insurance plan other than what is listed above, I will assist you in seeking reimbursement by providing a Superbill as an out-of-network provider and will obtain the necessary referral paperwork from your doctor as appropriate.

Payment is due at the time of service. PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash & Checks are accepted for payment of fee/co-pay.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that time has been reserved exclusively for you. Of course many things come up in our day-to-day lives that may require a change in appointment time, however please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. If you do not provide notice and do not make your appointment you will be subject to pay the full cost of your session.
